Prof. Peter Chinedum Nnabude
Board of Trustees Member
Prof. Peter Chinedum Nnabude is a distinguished Professor of Soil Physics and Conservation at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. With a Ph.D. in Soil Physics and Conservation from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, he has dedicated over three decades to teaching, research, and consultancy in environmental and ecological management, soil and water conservation, and erosion control.
Prof. Nnabude has served as a Special Adviser to the Vice Chancellor on Land and Natural Resources Matters and has been a member of the University Council. He coordinates activities for the Nigeria Conservation Foundation in Anambra State and is the CEO of the Community Resource Management and Conservation Initiative (CRMCI), an NGO that has consulted for projects like the Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (NEWMAP).
His extensive experience in sustainable land use and environmental conservation makes him a valuable member of IRYEF’s Board of Trustees, contributing to the foundation’s mission of youth empowerment and community development.
Engr. Elvis Uto Peters
Board of Trustees Member
Engr. Elvis Uto Peters is a seasoned civil engineer and dedicated public servant with a profound commitment to youth empowerment and community development. As the Chief Engineer at the Directorate of Project Monitoring in the Governor’s Office, Asaba, Delta State, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing critical infrastructure projects that enhance the region’s growth and sustainability.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Engr. Peters is the CEO of Turecc Estate and Construction Ltd., where he leads initiatives that bridge the gap between engineering excellence and societal needs. His passion for uplifting the underprivileged is evident through his philanthropic efforts, notably the UTO Foundation Scholarship Program, which has provided educational opportunities to numerous students in Ughelli South LGA.
A minister by calling, Engr. Peters integrates his faith into his mission, guiding and mentoring young individuals to realize their potential. His multifaceted contributions make him an invaluable member of IRYEF’s Board of Trustees, where he continues to inspire and drive positive change.


Dr. Nnaishetu Ekwemalor
Board of Trustees Member
Dr. Nnaishetu Ekwemalor is an accomplished counselor, psychologist, and seasoned higher education administrator with a distinguished career in student development and academic leadership. She served as a Guardian Counselor at Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, where she rose through the ranks to become Deputy Registrar, demonstrating exceptional dedication to youth mentorship and institutional excellence.
With academic credentials spanning multiple prestigious institutions including Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; and Abia State University, Uturu—Dr. Ekwemalor work has focused on student welfare, psychosocial development, and inclusive education.
As a member of IRYEF’s Board of Trustees, she brings a wealth of experience in counseling, youth advocacy, and institutional management, further strengthening the foundation’s commitment to holistic youth empowerment.
Chidiebere Kelly Ihetu
Board of Trustees Member
Chidiebere Kelly Ihetu is a principled leader, communicator, and youth mentor who served as Business Manager at Silverbird Communications. With a strong background in media, leadership, and public engagement, Kelly brings strategic insight and values-based guidance to IRYEF’s Board of Trustees.
A former student leader, he was the pioneer departmental president, member of the Student Representative Council, and part of the Constitutional Drafting Committee during his university days. He holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy and is currently pursuing a PhD. Known for his discipline, focus, and deep commitment to fairness and integrity, Kelly is guided by his reverence for God and a passion for youth development.

Julius Ejedenawe
Board of Trustees Member
Julius Ejedenawe is a seasoned administrator, consultant, and talent developer with a passion for leadership, media, and youth empowerment. He is the host of the widely followed radio program Inspirations with Pastor Jay, where he inspires audiences with messages of purpose, growth, and spiritual transformation. He also serves as the Lead Pastor of Jesus Saves and Delivers (JSD) Ministries, a ministry committed to restoring lives and raising purpose-driven individuals.
With years of experience in administration and public engagement, Julius brings strategic insight and mentorship to IRYEF’s Board of Trustees. His work in talent development and spiritual leadership continues to shape the lives of countless young people across communities.
